Morning/Evening Routine | Sort Yourself Out Part #1

I thought I'd write about how my morning and evening routines look like. My goal is to stick to them as much as possible but when some situations come. For example, if I go somewhere on the weekend, then I try change the routines so that they fit with the weekend schedule and activities. They should also keep their meaning as to why I'm doing them and not to half-ass them because then they have no point. Morning Wake up 0600-0630 Take a piss Step on the weight Drink water WORK/REST DAYS: A quick jog to the forest Do full body stretching 25 Push-ups 25 Squats 10 Pull-ups 5 proper  5 negative (jump up, slowly come down) Jog back home HOSPITAL WORK: All of the previous but excluding the run Body hygene Shower Get my body wet with cold water Wash hair with warm water Wash body with coldish water Shave if needed Wash teeth Clean ears Get dressed Drink water Meditate 5min Watch some Jordan B.
